Moorabool North Windfarm

UNS has undertaken the construction of
new overhead powerlines to assist our
renewable energy client, Zenviron. This
project has included the installation of an
overhead line across a 400m gully to
connect to the 33kv cable supplied from a newly built wind farm in central Victoria.

Service Stream - NBN

UNS has been involved in the initial rollout of the Overhead Aerial NBN fibre.
Working closely with ServiceStream, NBN, United Energy & Ausnet, we have successfully completed four NBN projects over a 7 month period delivering on time and on budget.
These projects have incorporated utility Pole Make Ready Works (Replacement and upgrade of poles and wires),
clearing of vegetation and installation of the Aerial fibre, liaising with key customers including, house owners, shire
councils,VicRoads, United Energy and AusNet.

UE Maintenance Works

UNS has provided experienced and skilled lineworkers, supervisors and planners to assist with United Energy
maintenance for the last 14 months via Zinfra.

In this time we have regularly completed tasks within
time frames and to budget. This maintenance has included
Poles changes,Transformer installations and replacements, Reconductoring of Lv ABC,Hv and Lv crossarm replacements, switch upgrade and replacements, as well as,many other maintenance items required to keep the network in a safe condition.

Regular auditing and our Safework systemshave helped us create an impeccable safety record.

Drafting for CitiPower, Jemena and AusNet

Capturing accurate locations of assets and ""as builts" by experienced staff with over 10 years experience.

Translating the data into Utility specific standards and drawings to comply with client specific standards
